Large livingroom

The spacious entrance/hall gives access to the living room. Doors open onto the veranda, overlooking the river and the pool. Also on the ground floor there are the cosy kitchen, utility room and a separate toilet.

The villa is equipped with dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, cot, highchair, television, internet, motorboat, table tennis, bicycles and a closed garden.

Three bedrooms

The ground floor double bedroom (1) with bathroom also has lovely views over the river.

There is another bedroom (2) in the Pigeoneer part of the house and a third double bedroom (3) with shower room upstairs in the Pigeoneer with a French balcony overlooking the garden.

  • The house is even better in real life !! Fully equipped with a breath-taking view in the early morning. The owners, who live in the house next door are charming and very discreet. The rental was very suitable for a stay with children and close to the shops of Casseneuil and Ste. Livrade. Villeneuve sur Lot is only a fifteen minutes away. A very good rental !!
