With the exception of het waterfront, the entire site is fenced.

There are towels available, except pool towels.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in and around the villa.

Yes, after consultation and prior permission you can bring your pet.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, with a connecting bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet.

Yes, the pool is only available for the guests of Villa Septfons.

The villa is for a maximum of 6 people and 1 child under 5 years.

About us

I, Ria Lüschen and my sadly deceased husband Gerard, went looking for a stay in France after a busy business life in the Netherlands.
After a long search, our choose fell on “Septfons”. Two historic buildings located on the river Lot in the south west of France. This region particularly pleases us because of the tranquillity of the beautiful nature and of course the direct location on the river.

One of the two buildings we have thoroughly renovated after some time and comfortably furnished as a holiday home, where we have been welcoming guests for many years.

  • Have been here twice now, and not for nothing. What a beautiful home and place. Everything is perfect, beautiful sitting outside. Swimming pool, fishing spot (spacious jetty), own boat …etc. We say: the perfect vacation.

  • The house is even better in real life !! Fully equipped with a breath-taking view in the early morning. The owners, who live in the house next door are charming and very discreet. The rental was very suitable for a stay with children and close to the shops of Casseneuil and Ste. Livrade. Villeneuve sur Lot is only a fifteen minutes away. A very good rental !!
